Lady’s Island

Our Lady’s Island has a brackish lake, technically a back-barrier seepage lagoon, separated from the Atlantic Ocean at the southern end by a 200m wide sand and gravel bar. The lake has flat to choppy water and is very flat water behind the beach to the south with S winds.
