Beach description:
Heacham Beach is situated to the south of New Hunstanton at Heacham. Kitesurfing is in front of the holiday camp behind North Beach Road. Expect flat / chop and small waves. Heacham will work on anything from S round to N. It's especially popular on a southerly at high tide. Heacham Beach is only worth riding at high tide. At any other time you'll have to wade through mud to get to the water.
Beach Access
To get to the beach, turn into Lamsey Lane from the A149 and then follow the signs for South Beach. Once you get nearer you should see signs for Heacham South Beach Carpark. PARKING: The South Beach carpark only has 20 spaces. If it's full, the North Beach one is only a short way off, and that has 80 spaces. Parking in the holiday months are £3.20 for up to 3 hours, and between £5 and £5.80 for a full day (depending on the height of the season). After 6pm parking is free and from 1st Nov to 28th Feb it's free.

Like neighbouring Hunstanton, Heacham beach has some groynes. Don't land or launch between them. The groynes. Your proximity to caravans etc at high tide.
