The wide, sandy beach with waist deep water for a miles provide perfect conditions for kitesurfing. Locals claim that Duncannon has its own microclimate and it’s hard to argue as the Sun almost always shining there , which is frankly scary by Irish standards.

You can drive on the beach. Toilets, Shower, Camping. No ATM in the town... get your cash before you splash!

Best Tides

Any but avoid kiting to far right on low tide. Also, not much room on spring tide for launch and landing.
