Daymer Bay

Daymer Bay sits on the east side of the opening of the Camel Estuary which runs into the popular town of Padstow.
It provides a lovely little beach dead opposite Hawkers Cove, a popular flat water spot on the west side of the estuary.
Daymer is a little more exposed to the incoming swell and as such can provide some small waves for fun and games.
Daymer Bay will work on anything from a N to a S wind from a westerly direction. Avoid winds with any east (head to Hawkers Cove on the other side of the estuary in those), and pure westerlies. It works best on a N – NW as the find blows straight in off the sea. Other directions can be gusty.
